First day back to uni!

*Nope, I’m not really that excited even though I sound like I am…

Anyway, my brain has been resting for a week. Now that I’m back here, it seems like I’m back to my busy lifestyle again… which is sad. But thinking about it, it’s not too bad cause at least I have things to do to keep me busy AND walking around in uni makes me feel slimmer.

Last night, I went to bed at 11.30pm to wake up early this morning (meant to be sleeping at 10pm but got too caught up watching rove and internet-ing). In the end, I fall asleep quite late… don’t know what time. Then I kinda woke up when my room was still dark.

Checked the clock - 5.35am @.@ another 25 mins to sleep.

Sigh.

Alarm called for me at 6am.

SNOOZE!

10 mins later… Zzz… Woke up.

My lovely adorable Dad drove me to uni today (cause apparentally it’s gonna rain but it still haven’t rain yet). I reached uni super duper early - 7.30am.

Class at 8am. So before class, I walked around uni with my big bulky bag and my heavy laptop. I wanted to go to the library to drop some weight off my bag (return the histology book)… but when I got there… library still closed (DUH IRENE library opens at 8am!). SO, I walked to my lockers and got some paper to go to mac lab to print off some lecture notes. Left my laptop in the locker… went to mac lab =.= Not opened yet… Blur blur walk out and scold myself…

“你真的很笨！”

Walked back to lockers and get laptop and go to lecture… (funny how walking around uni like that can burn off half an hour)

After 2 hours lecture (shortened to 1 hour), me and Mary went to mac lab to print lecture notes. Nicole bum bum came after.

Something pissed me off again - same histo girl that hogs everything…

I was printing my notes (I have about 5 to print and have limited paper). She butt in in front of me somehow. There was a mega long queue behind us so I decided to pick up my speed with the printing. While printing at Printer number 2 (She prints at number 1) - there’s only 2 printers, someone who fiddled around with the computer accidentally printed their lecture notes on my printer (2) with my paper. But that’s okay. So I asked who’s lecture notes it was, thinking I would just give them without asking for my paper back. THEN, this guy claimed that he was printing that lecture notes too (probably newbie and doesn’t know how to operate the printer computer)… and THAT GIRL butt in and said the notes was her. She did not say Thank You or Sorry. She just simply walked away from my vision.

With a blink of an eye, I looked back to my printer and realised that I do not have enough paper to print the last lecture notes I have. So I was damn pissed off. I could have had enough but that stupid rude girl had to butt in and print her stuff with my paper without even saying a simple thank you.

What’s with people these days? Is it MY job to print your lecture notes? Am I there for you to be taken granted of? Did you see me or am I too small or invisible? Is your butt too big that you have to butt in?

GOSH!

Enough ranting for now…

Anyway, MOVING ON.

I went down to the health centre to get my TB testing. At first, I was horrified by the way Nicole and Mary described the procedures… but it turned out just fine! I even looked when the nurse poked the needle on the surface of my skin. Not that scary la.

After that, went to library… study a bit then meet my Dad for lunch… came back to uni again for more studying…

Awww!!

Study break is ending soon… just like that! Sigh. Time pass by so fast. Keeping cool is just not happening anymore. Everyday, I get driven crazy by something… not always the same things but just… SOME thing. Any… thing!

Another thing is that I kept on taking pictures these days… only for 2 days, I’ve already taken 41 pictures! I’m not gonna put all of them up of course! But I’ll share some cute ones (:

Ever wonder if anyone in this world looks, talks, behaves like you? Or even LOVES the same thing as you do? Yes, it annoys me when someone share the same preferences with me, especially when you feel like that person doesn’t even look like you at all. It just feels disgusting when they share the same thing as you. It makes you feel like ditching your old you and find a new you.

So, from today onwards…

I HATE the colour baby blue (my new colour will be grey)

I HATE calling my teddy BUBBLES - hence calling it… another name when I think of one…

I HATE receiving lollipops

I HATE Winnie the Pooh (Not Winnie the POO) but <33 my piglet (:

And please, no one ask me who or why or whatever crap. I don’t like to change but I just don’t like to be the same as someone else. ESPECIALLY when I don’t feel like I’m the SAME standard with them.

And yes, I HATE YOU FOR CHANGING ME - call yourself whatever you want now COPYCAT!

My day started with an early 7.30am with Nicole that bum bum staying over my house for the night. Waking up was such a bum cause we chatted till we fell asleep the night before and I’m guessing it was pretty late at that time…

Anyway, we got ready to go back to uni for my second time this study break…

1) Rescue Nicole from being stuck in uni at 9pm +

2) Staining session at histology lab

I was so slack that I didn’t want to go but I had to cause I was missing out on a slide due to some communication breakdown problems with me and my histology partner.

Ken got to my house at 8am while I was still getting ready. By 8.30am, we were all ready. So we walked from my house to the bus stop to take the bus (It was raining on the wayyy… and I was the only one without a hoodie!!). The whole journey to Curtin was just like… *my tummy singing choir* yes…

The best bit was BREAKFAST! Haha, I bought a big cooked breakfast from bookmark cafe and shared it with Ken. After my tummy was being nice and satisfied, me and Nicole head off to the histology lab to do our work.

It was just a disaster for the whole time I was there:-

1) Bone sections was very difficult to cut as usual so it took me a lot longer than expected to cut enough sections for almost everyone.

2) I looked at all the stained sections I’ve done under the microscope and half more than half of them was disgusting because there was too much bubbles in the DPX AND my partner have bad DPX-ing skills which I have already told warned her about it many many times… =.=

3) I stained some of my fingers pink from the acid fuschin dye.

4) SOMEONE (I don’t know who but if I found out, I will shove that slide in his/her mouth) stole my heart… section - which was perfectly fine, FULLY labelled with MY name and MY student number on it. Oh gosh, I wonder who is so blind that they can’t even see their name.

5) I was meant to be doing drawings for the slides I have seen under the microscope but I was too angry so I just took pictures of them thru the microscope and pray that it will work once I get home.

So I left the lab…

Met up with Ken, Du and Sarah in the library but left uni after I sat down for about 5 mins.

Ken met up with Jeremy and went to Caro for food… then Jeremy sent us back to my house.

Back at my house, we settled some issues with going out tonight… and so Ken left my house to get ready.

It took me about 1 and half hours to get ready. Du came over to pick me and Cath up, went over to Ken’s and picked him up and off we went down to Onyx Bar for Asia Fresher function. We hung around for a bit but decided to leave since we didn’t know much people there…

So we went down to Fremantle which is a very nice choice. Went down to this bar called Little Creatures - <3 that place.

Anyway, food in LC is awesome to the max! We ordered a steak pizza and a bowl of chips to amongst the four of us…

To top it up, we also ordered some drinks. Well, since little creature is a bar, its beer is well known. Ken ordered a large beer and I ordered an apple cidar which was recommended by the lady who served us.

After the tiny meal, we went back to Ken’s house (I fell asleep) then back to my house…

Went down city today, in search of a nice black/white dress for the Asia function this Wednesday. But unfortunately I couldn’t find anything I like… SAD.

So the four of us (Me, Cath, Andu and Rachel) left city with a green apple green tea bubble tea on hand, sipping it and walking back to the train station to catch a train home.

The colour looks a bit odd to be green apple green tea… probably cause the name of the bubble tea make it sound like it’s suppose and meant to be  green - those really really bright green type.

Oh that was the first time I actually tried green apple green tea from Easy Way which I think isn’t too bad (at least better than Utopia)

So after we got home, we decided that we shouldn’t spend any more money buying more dresses. So we came up with the idea of gathering all our black and white clothes (back2basic is the theme, hence we need to be wear black and/or white)…

Isn’t that scary?! Haha, quite huh. I reckon if I sell all of that, I’ll earn a fortune. Haha, except I’ll have no black or white shirt to wear. Hehehe.

In the end, I still haven’t pick out what I want to wear =.=

I call that Addiction to hmm black and white clothes? Lol…

Today, someone told me this:

“Time doesn’t matter”

That reminds me of something and made me have a short think - does time really not matter? We live under the control of time. Time controls the world. You need a time to set an alarm. You have start and deadlines. But hey, it will be great if there’s no time - cause you will never lose yourself to time which I suppose most people do nowadays.

Okay, that’s all for today. The new version of Wordpress is sure encouraging me to blog more often ^^
