I feel like CRYING now!
My head is so loaded with so many things that I seriously WANT to, NEED to calm down and relax. Feeling so horrible right now… don’t know what to do.
So I’ve decided maybe I should go to bed quietly and rest my brain. I really wonder if that will do any help though. Cause the stress is building up because I have been having nighmares lately and haven’t had enough sleep. Maybe I can’t handle it after all. Need sleep to sustain my loss of energy. I look dead and lifeless - just like that lady told me today; she could just tell that I have lack of sleep from one look.
I am speechless.
